Always wear low shoes, shoes which fasten firmly.
During the day, • lift one foot and give it a good shake and also to the other. •Flex your fit up and down.
•When standing keep changing stance.
•Try to keep moving if possible stand on a carpet or a rubber mat.
• Take ice chest to work. While eating launch, put your feet in water and put on a fresh dry socks.

 What about the evening? Follow the step at evening to get back your better foot.
• Elevate your feet at night, then soak in a basin of warm water, containing 1-2 tsp of Epsom salt. Rinse with clear and cool water.
• Make a footbath with 2 handfuls of comfrey root to 1 gallon of warm water.
• Soak it for about 15 minutes.
• Wrap your ice cubes in a wet washcloth abd rub your feet and ankle for few minutes.
• Scatter a few pencil on the floor and pick them with your toes.
