Hyperthermia is an abnormally increase in body temperature caused by a failure of the heat-regulating mechanisms of the body to deal with the heat coming from the environment, which can lead to suffocation. There are many forms in which hyperthermia occurs such as Heat fatigue, heat syncope, heat exhaustion, heat cramps and heat stroke.

There are some symptoms and complications in hyperthermia, these includes nausea, vomiting, headaches, and low blood pressure and the latter can lead to fainting or dizziness, also indiscriminate sweating.

There is something I will like to tell you about this heath disease, although it's not good for standard health but the scientist has found a way of using this medium to fight cancer. hyperthermia exposes some cancerous cells in the body  Which hereby enhance the cancer drugs to show cancerous cells or tumor. the scientist used this knowledge to start a therapy by combination of hyperthermia and radiation therapy which is known as hyperthermia therapy. This plays the excessive role in fight against cancer.

These are the following protocols to follow to avoid hyperthermia.

1. Be very smart about your physical feelings during outdoor activities during hot humid days.
2. Don't play hero, or push things with over aggressive. Always pace yourself, and seek shade as often as possible.
3. Do Lay down on cool ground or a cool place such as water-glass bed,  etc to allow the body to give off some of its heat to the cooler level.
4. Avoid doing activities during hot day, especially when the temperature is higher than 90° Fahrenheit, if possible.
Wear cotton next to skin, it absorbs water and will help draw-down the body temperature as it evaporates.
5. Wear a broad-brimmed hat, and sunglasses to lessen the heating of your head.
6. Re-hydrate by drinking lots of water. Your urine should stay clear because, Clear urine indicates good hydration.
7. Take some amount of salt to replenish the one that always went out of the body through heat.
