   Today we're talking about exercise for the penis, every dude need this exercise i must say if you think you're not sexual active you need this exercise too and also meet a doctor for more diagnosis but i believe this exercise will help. 


1. Sitting Pelvic Floor Activation

   Sit with the arms at the sides and the feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart, then using the technique above, activate the pelvic floor muscles for a count of three, and release for a count of three, ensure that the stomach, buttocks, and leg muscles are not contracting at all.

2. Pelvic curl

 Do you know this exercise is common in Pilates, Lie down with the knees bent, the feet flat on the floor, and the arms by the sides, keep the spine in a neutral position, with a small space between the middle of the back and the floor. Exhale, and engage the pelvic floor muscles.
  Tilt the pelvis upward toward the belly button, while pressing the back flat against the floor, slowly lift the buttocks and push the heels into the floor, then squeeze the buttocks while lifting it and the lower and middle back. The body's weight should be resting on the shoulders, take three breaths and squeeze the buttocks and pelvic floor muscles, slowly lower the buttocks and back, vertebra by vertebra, to the floor. Repeat three to four times initially, and build up to 10 repetitions.

3. Stretching the penis

  yeah stretch your penis not actually pull out your dick, all you need to do is to follow this steps so you learn how to stretch your penis.
  •  Grip the head of your penis.Pull your penis upward, 
  •  stretching it out for about 10 seconds.
  •  Pull your penis to the left for another 10 seconds, then to the right.
  •  Repeat these steps once or twice a day for about 5 minutes.

  • Place your penis inside the air-filled chamber.
  • Use the pump mechanism to suck the air out of the chamber. This pulls blood into your penis, causing it to become erect.
  • Attach the included ring or clamp to your penis to keep it erect for up to 30 minutes. It’s safe to have sex or masturbate during this time.
  • Remove the ring. 
When do you see the result? Penis pump, for example must be used daily — often for months at a time — in order to achieve any noticeable effects.
Anecdotal reports suggest that using a penis pump can produce much faster results, but there isn’t any research to support this.
It’s also unclear how much time will pass before you see results from manual stretching exercises.
